FWML has nine pathologists on staff who provide medical directorship, understand physicians' needs, and contact physicians when questions arise. Our pathologists also provide consultations.

Ling Hui, MD, Ph.D

Surgical Pathology, Cytopathology

A Diplomate with the American Board of pathology in Anatomic and Clinical pathology, Dr. Hui graduated from Medical College of Qingdao University, China. She then obtained her Master of Medical Science in China, and her Ph.D from Temple University School of Medicine, PA. She completed her pathology residency at the University of Utah and her surgical fellowship at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX. She most recently completed her cytopathology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine.

 
kim Elena Bishop, MD
Surgical Pathology, Cytopathology.
Dr. Bishop is a Diplomate with the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. She graduated from Far Eastern State Medical University in Russia. Dr. Bishop completed her pathology residency at Indiana University School of Medicine as well as Cytopathology Fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine.
 
mcbride R. Craig McBride, MD
Flow Cytometry, Microbiology, Surgical Pathology
The Laboratory Medical Director and Director of Flow Cytometry, Blood Bank and Transfusion Medicine for Parkview Health Laboratories, he is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. He graduated from Indiana University Medical School in Indianapolis and completed his residency at the Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, Florida.
 

Marzena Muller, MD.

Surgical Pathology, Cytopathology

A Diplomate with the American Board of Pathology and board certified with the American Board of Cytopathology She received her MD from the Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica and served her pathology residency at Orlando Reginal Medical Center. She served her cytopathology fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital, PA and completed surgical pathology fellowship at Indiana University (IU) School of Medicine.

Xiaoying Wan, MD

Surgical Pathology, Coagulation Pathology

A Diplomate with the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Dr. Wan received her MD from Beijing Medical University in China and served her residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. She serves in Anatomic Pathology and as Director of Coagulation Pathology.

 

 

Qi Wang, MD

Surgical Pathology, Chemistry

A Diplomate with the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Dr. Wang graduated from Dalian Medical University in China. She completed her residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. She also completed a surgical pathology fellowship at the University of Washington. She serves as the Director of Chemistry for Parkview Regional Medical Center.

 

Yan Xie, MD, Ph.D

Surgical Pathology, Hematopathology

A Diplomate with the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Dr. Xie graduated from Tongji Medical University, China. She completed her residency at The University of Texas Medical Branch and her Hematopathology fellowship at Cleveland Clinic.  

 
zhuang Yi Zhuang, MD
Surgical pathology, Hematopathology, Flow Cytometry and Chemistry
A Diplomate with the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Dr. Zhuang is also board certified with the American Board of Hematopathology. Dr. Zhuang graduated from Shanghai Second Medical University in Shanghai, China and completed his pathology residency training at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. He served his hematopathology fellowship at Beaumont Hospital at Royal Oak, Michigan. He is the director of Hematopathology and School of Medical Technology at Parkview Regional Medical Center.
